Notice to Customers: Changes to SmartBear ID Login

SmartBear has been diligently working on enhancements to our authentication tooling, which will bring about some minor changes for users of the following products:

- SwaggerHub Explore

- SwaggerHub Portal

- SwaggerHub Design SaaS

- SmartBear License Management (ReadyAPI and TestComplete)

- VisualTest

These changes are scheduled to take effect on November 14th, 2023. The following impacts are expected:

- Users may experience about an hour of downtime between 3:00am EST and 4:00 am EST on November 14, 2023

- Users will be logged out of these products and will need to reauthenticate to continue product usage.

- Upon login, users will experience improvements to the login user interface.

Note: Tokens will not be impacted by these changes.

Users are encouraged to save any data in these products prior to the enhancement release to prevent any potential loss in data.
